​​​​Starting Times & Booking Policies

• Tee times are recommended and encouraged to play at Old Fort as we are a very busy golf facility.  

• Walk ups will be paired with other players only if open tee times are available.

• All groups will be paired up to foursomes to make room for other players, when necessary.

• Players should arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to their starting time otherwise they will forfeit their tee position.

• Starting times may be delayed due to frost or inclement weather.

• Tee times for 2-8 players up to 5 days in advance.  Tee times will be taken over the phone, in person, and online at oldfortgolfclub.com.   Tee times will be booked starting at 7:00 AM both online and over the phone.  No shows are subject to revoked booking privileges.

• ​Tee times for 1 player will only be taken for times where a twosome or threesome has already been booked.

Group Bookings

• For groups of 9 players to 16 players you may book up to 5 days in advance and a credit card on file will be required to hold the reservation when booking online, over the phone, or in person.   No shows are subject to cancellation fees and revoked booking privileges if unused tee times are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

• For groups of 17 to 40 players you may book up to 10 days in advance and a credit card on file will be required to hold the reservation when booking online, over the phone, or in person.   No shows are subject to cancellation fees and revoked booking privileges if unused tee times are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.  Groups of this size will not be booked the first 2 hours of tee times on weekend days.

Out of Town Bookings

• Advanced bookings for out of town players/groups (80 miles plus) up to 16 players may be requested by emailing our Director of Golf, Trey Adams, PGA at radams@murfreesborotn.gov.  Proof of residency and pre-payment are required.  No shows are subject to cancellation fees and revoked booking privileges if unused tee time are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Tournament/Group Outings

• For groups of 40+ plus, please contact our Director of Golf, Trey Adams, PGA via email at radams@murfreesborotn.gov for more information on tournaments and group outings.

Cancellation fees for unused tee times/no shows: Standard general public rate for 18 holes with cart $55/per player on weekdays and $65/per player on weekends/holidays.
